How do I get started with Podzilla?

Create your free account, connect your Etsy shop, and start sending us orders. No application, no waitlist — you can be up and running in minutes. We'll walk you through onboarding and make sure everything is set up right.

What makes Podzilla different from other POD providers?

We're not a marketplace where you pick from a catalog of anonymous print partners. We're the production facility. Every order is printed, QC'd, and shipped from our facility by our team. We were also built specifically for personalization-focused POD — our automatic file generation, order routing, and QC workflow were designed from day one for sellers who personalize every order.

Do you charge per personalization or per design?

No. Our built-in personalization engine generates print-ready files automatically from your order data at no extra charge. This is included with every account — not an add-on.

What products do you offer?

We currently offer sublimation drinkware (tumblers, glass cups, mugs, candle jars), sublimation ornaments, and DTG apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, and more). Check our full catalog for current products and pricing.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. You can create a free account and start fulfilling orders right away — no credit card required. We offer paid plans with additional features as your business grows, but you don't need one to get started.

What's your average turnaround time?

Most orders ship in under 24 hours, but our typical production times can average 1-3 business days. During peak seasons (especially Q4), we communicate adjusted timelines well in advance so you can plan accordingly.

Do you integrate with Shopify?

Not yet, but it's actively in development. Currently we have a deep integration with Etsy (orders, receipts, listings, inventory sync, shipping profiles). Shopify and API access are next on our roadmap.

What if there's a quality issue with an order?

We catch most issues before they ship — that's what our multi-stage QC workflow is for. But if something does slip through, we reprint and reship at no charge. Your customers should never receive a substandard product.

Can I see my orders in production?

Yes. Our order management system gives you real-time visibility into every order's status — from queued through printing, QC, and shipped. No more guessing where your orders are.
