Checking the Connection Between your Etsy Store and Podzilla

Once you've connected your Etsy shop to your Podzilla account, you can send through a test product to make sure the link between Podzilla and Etsy is working correctly.

Accessing Your Store Account in Podzilla

1. When your Etsy store has been connected to Podzilla, your store name should appear in the left-hand menu board in your account.

2. You will also see your store name in the drop-down menu just below your personal account name.

Product Navigation

3. To test and make sure your Etsy store is properly connected to your Podzilla account, you can create a test product and push it to Etsy as a listing. Listings are pushed to your Etsy drafts so you can modify them before publishing.

4. Create a new product.

5. Choose your product.

6. Name it something you'll recognize as a test product.

7. At this point you can just click Save. You don't need to add a description, price, template file, or print file.

8. Click List on Etsy to finish the listing with the details Etsy requires.

9. Add at least one image. It can just be a blank mockup since you won't be publishing this listing.

10. Choose a category.

11. Scroll down and choose the Shipping, Processing, and Return Policy information from the dropdowns.

12. If nothing appears in the dropdown, click the button below the dropdown to refresh the profile.

13. When all information has been entered, click Push to Etsy.

Check Your Etsy Drafts

14. Go to your Etsy store and look in your Draft folder. The product should be there.
If not, you'll need to reconnect (or connect) your Etsy store.
