New Support Ticket System Now Available
We're excited to announce the launch of our new Support Ticket System - a better way to get help and track issues with your orders.
Why Use Support Tickets?
Instead of live chat, support tickets give you:

A permanent record of all communication about an issue
- Status tracking so you always know where things stand
- Email notifications when we respond or resolve your ticket
- Order linking to keep everything organized in one place
How It Works
Creating a Ticket:

Go to Support Tickets in your dashboard
- Click New Ticket
- Choose a category (Order Issue, Shipping, Quality, Billing, etc.)
- Optionally link it to a specific order number
- Describe your issue and attach any photos if needed
- Submit and you're done
Tracking Your Tickets:
-
View all your open and closed tickets in one place
- Each ticket shows its current status: Open, In Progress, Waiting on Customer, or Resolved
- Reply directly within the ticket to keep the conversation going
- Get email updates when there's activity on your ticket
We Can Create Tickets For You, Too
When we notice an issue with one of your orders - like a quality concern, a missing file, or something that needs your attention - we'll create a support ticket linked directly to that order. You'll get an email notification and can review the details and respond right from your dashboard.
