The best way to contact support is through chat support. Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and send a message. 

Enter your message, even if you see we’re offline. This creates a support ticket so we can get back to you quickly as soon as we return.

Please include the following when reporting an issue with the site so we can help you faster:

• Shop name

• Product name, SKU, or order number

• The steps you took up to the point of the issue (for example, on the My Products page, I clicked the Import from Etsy button, entered my Etsy listing number, and clicked load listing. Then on the catalog selection page, I couldn’t choose the heart ornament.
