How much is the Priority shipping upgrade?
Priority shipping is $3.99 on top of the regular shipping price for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item.
Can I use Podzilla with multiple stores?
Yes! You can easily connect multiple Etsy stores to your Podzilla account.
How do I add multiple stores to my account?
You can link to your Etsy store(s) from your Personal Account in the Accounts View using the menu in the top right corner.
What payment methods do you accept?
Podzilla accepts all major credit cards, bank accounts, Klarna, or Cash App Pay.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails for some reason, you’ll receive an email with an invoice to make your payment.
Do I get invoices or receipts?
Yes. Orders are billed together each weekday (except holidays). Any orders approved over the weekend will be billed on Monday.
Can I have white in my candle designs?
White does not print with sublimation printing so any white in a design will show up clear on the glass cups.

How do I get my pattern to meet perfectly on the template for wrap around designs?
It is almost impossible to guarantee a full-wrap pattern or design will match up on the printing seam for products like the skinny tumbler, glass cups, and candles.
Should I upload designs with a white or transparent background if my product doesn’t already have a background?
White won’t print on sublimated products like candles, ornaments, mugs, and tumblers, so you can upload your files with either a white or transparent background.
Are the bamboo lids dishwasher safe?
No, the glass cups and the bamboo lids are hand wash only.
Is there a character limit for the bamboo lid engraving?
No, there is no set limit for the lid engraving. However, the text will get smaller as the phrase gets longer.

How are the mugs shipped?
Mugs are shipped in a polystyrene container which is then packed inside a standard shipping box for added protection.
What shape ornaments do you have?
Ornaments are available in both Round and Heart shapes.
Do the ornaments come in gift boxes?
Yes. Both the round and heart shaped ornaments come in individual gift boxes that have a soft cushion to protect the ornament and a gold string for hanging.
What are the ornaments made of?
Both the round and heart ornaments are porcelain and are sublimation printed.
How do I see product details?
Go to the Catalog section choose the category or view all products. From there clicking on any of the products will show product details, pricing, templates, and any provided mockups for those products.
Do I need to add a print file to every product?
No, adding the print file is optional. You would really only add a print file here if the product is not personalized since the same image will be used for every order.
How quickly do orders typically ship?
We do our best to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. In general our processing time is 1-3 business days (slightly longer during peak holiday shipping times.) Orders often ship the same business day that the order is approved (if approved before the cutoff time of 10am Eastern).

Can you list the 20oz and 40oz tumblers in the same listing?
Absolutely! Listing them together is a wonderful opportunity to use the 20oz tumbler as a loss leader for pricing. Just remember to be clear with your options on Etsy by using the mockup that shows the two side-by-side somewhere in your photos (doesn’t have to be the main thumbnail).

No. Podzilla offers the following plans:
Is there a free trial?
No. Podzilla doesn’t offer a free trial since we have a free starter plan. Use it as long as you like to process orders until you are ready to sign up for the Pro Plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel any time by going to your Personal Account > Billing Settings. Click the Upgrade to Pro button and choose your new plan.
How do I ensure that my candle mockups look accurate?
You will get the best results using the smart mockups in Photopea or Photoshop. Because the candles are printed on white matte glass, you should turn the opacity of your designs down slightly more than you would on other products.
Will the candles melt in the summer heat during transit?
Podzilla candle wax is specially tempered so it won’t melt. Members of the group have personally tested this over the summer ordering samples with no issues reported.

Yes. Go to your Account Profile in the top right-hand corner and click Billing Reports. Click the Monthly View radio button, choose the month from the dropdown menu, and click the Filter button.
Do all designs have to be made using the templates?
Yes, each Podzilla product has a corresponding design template that is sized specifically for that product for printing. Uploading incorrectly sized designs will result in a delay processing your orders as those orders are sent back to you for review so you are able to upload the correct size art...
How do I get my mockups to look accurate on things that wrap around like tumblers, glass cups, and candles?
Smart mockups are the best way to get great looking mockups for products where the design wraps around a curved object. You can use Photopea or Photoshop with the mockups provided for many of the products on the Catalog product pages.
How much does it cost to engrave the bamboo lids?
The engraved lid option for glass tumblers and candles is $1.00 extra.
How large is the printing area on the mugs?
If your design covers the entire template (edge to edge), it will print all the way to the top but there will be a small white space at the bottom. There will also be a gap near the handles.
Does the design wrap around to the back?
If you have a colored background, the printing will go all the way to the edge of the ornament as long as the background extends past the black line on the template.
Can you print on both sides of the ornament?
We currently print on one side of the ornament.
