1. Click Manual Order from the My Orders tab.

2. Enter your product name or SKU in the Search Products field.

3. When your product comes up, choose the correct colors, size, scent, etc. for the order.

4. Enter the number of items.

5. To add another product to the order, go back to the Search Products field and enter the product name or SKU.

6. When your product comes up, choose the correct colors, size, scent, etc. for the order.

7. Enter the number of items.

8. Enter the customer's shipping information.

9. Add any Internal Notes or Gift Message and click Complete Order.

10. Go to the order card and click Approve Order.

IMPORTANT:
Etsy doesn't know when a manual order has been created, so you need to watch for the manual order to ship and then manually add the tracking number to the Etsy order. Otherwise, the order will look like it never shipped and you'll get late shipping notices from Etsy.
