When you connect your Etsy store to a fulfillment platform like Podzilla or Printify, there's no way for the platform to figure out 'who' is supposed to fulfill that order. That means all the orders are imported to each fulfillment company your store is connected to. The process is generally the same for each print provider as follows:

1. If you have a product created in Podzilla and connected by the SKU to your Etsy store, the order will come into the Podzilla Orders tab ready to approve.

2. If you have an Etsy listing but haven't created a product in Podzilla or haven't connected it to Podzilla via the SKU, it will go in your unlinked orders tab. Anything in that tab you want Podzilla to fulfill will need a product created and you'll have to link it manually. If Podzilla won't fulfill that order, you can just ignore that order card.

It is IMPORTANT that you turn off automatic fulfillment in your other print provider like Printify if you are only fulfilling some items with us. You don't want to accidently approve something in Podzilla that has automatically been fulfilled by Printify (or other provider) since you will be charged by each company and the customer receives both items.

As a side note, listing an item on Etsy first without connecting it to your print provider is called reverse listing and we don't recommend it. We've seen too many shops get bogged down with all the Q4 orders and trying to connect everything as they get those orders. We suggest creating your products in Podzilla first and pushing them to Etsy.
