Podzilla only processes and fulfills orders on business days except during busy seasons. We will let you know when we have extra shifts to handle peak seasons. 

This guide will help you accurately create your Shipping and Processing Profiles to show the customer delivery times. 

1. Click the Settings dropdown in your Etsy account.

2. Click Edit next to the Processing Days field.

3. Click the Monday–Friday checkbox.

4. Make sure you have a Processing Profile for 1-5 days.

5. If you're creating a new profile, click the Made to Order box.

6. From the dropdown menus, choose Custom Range, 1, and 5. Then click Days.

7. Click Save Changes.
