1. Click My Orders on your dashboard to go to the Orders screen.

2. Go to the order card that is missing a product in your Unlinked Orders tab. Click Link Product.

3. Enter the Product SKU in the SKU Search field and click Enter.

4. If the correct product comes up, click the Select Variant dropdown or Link button beside the product to add it to the unlinked order.

5. Choose the variant color and size, if necessary.

6. When the product is connected to the order, you'll see the Print File show up and you'll be able to click the Approve Order button. This will send the order to be fulfilled.

If the print file doesn't appear and the Approve Order button is not clickable, the product is not connected to the order. Check to make sure you didn't skip a step in this process.

7. If no products show, either you haven't created that product in your Podzilla store or you haven't added the SKU to the correct product.

8. Click My Products in your dashboard menu.

9. Click New Product.

10. Choose your Product from the catalog, fill in the fields as shown in the New Product Form training.

11. Click Save and finish setting up the product variations if necessary.

12. Click My Products on the dashboard menu.

13. Open the product card for the item for which you need to add the SKU.

14. Click Variants in the Sections dropdowns.

15. Find the variation for which you need to add the SKU and click Variant.

16. Open the dropdown menu.

17. Go to the SKU field you need to change.

18. Enter the SKU from your Etsy listing.

19. Click Save at the bottom of that variant's dropdown.

20. Click Exit Manual Mode.

21. Go back and follow Steps 1 through 5 in this quick guide.
