📣 Live  Call — 2025 Recap + Q4 Post-Mortem

2025 was a wild ride, and Q4 came in like a freight train with volume we honestly didn’t expect. This call is our chance to do a full recap, talk through what went sideways, what we learned, and exactly what we’re putting in place so 2026 runs smoother, faster, and with fewer “how is this even real life?” moments.

💰 Heads up: upcoming price adjustments

We also want to give everyone a clear early heads-up: we’ll be finalizing and announcing price adjustments on select products this week.
These will NOT go into effect until after the USPS surcharge drops off on January 18th.

We’ve absorbed increases as long as we could throughout the year due to:
    •    tariff/supplier changes, and
    •    two USPS shipping increases (including the one right before Q4… yeah… that one hurt)

So this is us rebalancing where we have to — not every product will be affected, and we’ll be very transparent about what’s changing and why.
