Do all designs have to be made using the templates?
Yes, each Podzilla product has a corresponding design template that is sized specifically for that product for printing. Uploading incorrectly sized designs will result in a delay processing your orders as those orders are sent back to you for review so you are able to upload the correct size artwork.
Also remember to either remove the template guideline layer or turn the transparency down to 0 before downloading your design so that the template is not printed on your design. We try to catch orders and send them back to you when this happens but we can’t guarantee that we will always catch it.
