Podzilla is a print-on-demand fulfillment platform built specifically for Etsy sellers — we handle the printing, packing, and shipping so you can focus on what you do best: creating and selling. Follow the steps below to get your account set up and your store connected, then head to our Skool community to learn the platform alongside other Podzilla sellers.

Podzilla uses two account levels: your personal account (you) and a store account (your Etsy shop). 

Read this guide first so the setup steps that follow make sense.

Add a payment method to your store account. 

• Everyone starts out on the free plan but your personal account is the one billed if you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription. Add payment information to this one if you want a paid subscription. 

• Your store account is charged each time you process an order. You must have payment information added here to continue.

Add your store account and link your Etsy shop to Podzilla so orders flow in automatically and your listings stay in sync.

Once you've connected your shop, confirm that everything is talking to each other correctly before you start setting up products.

Our Skool community is where you'll get how-to help, stay updated on new products and platform changes, and connect with other sellers. Once you're approved, our admin team (Valerie, Tracy, or Heidi) will get to you quickly.

Everyone starts on the free plan. If you want to upgrade to Pro for discounted product pricing, you can do that at any time from inside Podzilla.

For questions about how to use Podzilla, post in the community or check the Skool Classroom. But if you have a problem with a specific order, artwork, billing, or your account, submit a support ticket so the right person can take action.
